Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we ship Oupen Holder orders, what it costs, and where we deliver.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business daysof payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. During promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75.00 USD.
- Flat-rate U.S. standard shipping: $6.95 USD on orders under the free threshold.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch for U.S. addresses. International delivery times vary by destination and customs.
Exact shipping costs and available methods are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and order weight.
Where we ship
We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, and Australia. If your country is not available at checkout, email us at support@oupenholder.shop and we will do our best to help.
Duties, taxes & customs
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is shown at checkout.
Tracking & delays
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation. While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, or customs. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep all packaging and, where possible, photos of any damage.
