The Curator is for the pens you want to see, not stow away. Twelve angled trenches sit beneath a real glass lid, each lined with wool felt and spaced so caps and clips never overlap. Lift the lid and the case doubles as a tray; close it and a tempered-glass top keeps dust and curious fingers out.
The carcass is solid walnut with mitered, splined corners — a joint that stays tight as wood moves through the seasons — and a hand-rubbed oil finish. A small machined-brass clasp holds the lid shut, and brass barrel hinges let it open a full ninety degrees and stay there.
It's sized for a shelf, a desk, or the top of a cabinet, and the felt bed lifts out for cleaning. Whether you keep three pens or twelve, the Curator gives a collection somewhere deliberate to live.
